Licensee Scholarship Application
We are proud to announce this new program for all members of Mountain Lakes BOR brought to you by the Board of Directors and our Education Committee. The purpose of this education grant is to reimburse MLBOR members in good standing for NAR affiliated Designations upon completion of the designation. This education grant is for additional education taken by MLBOR members to better your career and increase your professionalism. (limited to 5 members each year). Please complete the application once you have completed course.
This Education Grant cannot be used for reimbursement of CE requirements & limited to 5 members each year.
MLS Orientation
Our next course will be Thursday, December 18th from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm.
This course is required of all new members to Real Estate. If there additional openings available, any member who wants a refresher on how to use the MLS can join.

| The NCREC (North Carolina Real Estate Commission) BICUP (Broker-in-Charge Update) course is a 4-hour mandatory continuing education course specifically designed for Broker-in-Charge (BIC) licensees in North Carolina. The course covers updates on laws, rules, and best practices relevant to the BIC role, focusing on leadership, management, and legal responsibilities. Completion of the BICUP course is required for BIC license renewal. BICUP 5826 | GENUP Description- The NCREC (North Carolina Real Estate Commission) Mandatory GENUP (General Update) course is a required 4-hour continuing education course for real estate professionals in North Carolina. The course covers essential updates on changes in laws, rules, and regulations that impact the real estate industry. It ensures that licensees remain informed about current practices and ethical standards, helping them stay compliant and enhance their professional knowledge.
