The Mountain Lakes Board of REALTORS® is a not-for-profit association consisting of over 140 Realtors, Appraisers, and affiliate business members advocating for the real estate industry in the Smoky Mountain communities throughout Cherokee, Graham, and Clay counties.  Our board serves as a central source of information for our members and the public with our main focus being real estate education, promoting the highest ethical and professional business practices in the real estate industry, and supporting private and commercial real estate property rights and issues that affect our members, affiliates, and communities at-large.

Our mission is to bring affordable housing to the community which in turn acts as a key driver behind our local economy attracting new businesses, increasing jobs, and expanding the tax base.

Our members are committed to making a difference through community service and volunteerism that strengthens our communities and improves the lives of the people who live in it. Our common goal is to support our families, schools, youth, and the beautification of the community, thus building a sense of responsibility and pride and in all our citizens.

If you are seeking a beautiful mountain and/or lake view, lake front or lake access property our communities of Murphy, Andrews, Hayesville, and Robbinsville may be your perfect destination.  Though quaint cities located in the Smoky Mountains, they are centrally located two hours from Chattanooga and Knoxville, Tennessee; Atlanta, Georgia; Asheville, North Carolina; and Greenville, South Carolina.
